Migrant and Seasonal Farm Workers

Special
attention is directed toward making available to farm worker applicants the full range of
counseling, testing, training, and job referral services on a qualitatively equivalent and
quantitatively proportionate basis as are provided to nonfarm workers. The agency
endeavors to shift the seasonal work force from areas of supply to areas of demand. Due to
the Migrant and Seasonal Farm Workers (MSFW) job requirements, special consideration
is given to these individuals. One-stop
services are available after normal duty hours. The Monitor/Advocate monitors
services rendered to this group to ensure equal access and an
effective complaint system for all applicants is available. |
