For Businesses

The Employer Self Service (ESS) Portal allows you to manage UI benefits for your company and your employees. Click here to access the portal.

If you file UI claims on behalf of your employees, there are important steps they must take to ensure they receive benefits. Click here for a flyer you can distribute to help your employees through this process or have them visit the Bridge to Benefits page under the Individuals tab of this website for assistance.

The UI self-service benefits system is safe and secure. The system expands your access to the UI process by improving how you:

  • Respond to separations.
  • Receive charging information.
  • Respond to wage audits.
  • View agency correspondence.
  • File appeals.
  • View benefits charges.

The following tutorials will guide you through some of the processes.
