Ex-Servicemembers (UCX)
You may be eligible to receive benefits under the Ex- Servicemember's Unemployment
Insurance Program, if you have completed your first term of service and have an honorable
discharge, or if you have been discharged for one of the following reasons:
- Governmental convenience;
- Medical disqualification (pregnancy, parenthood, or any service-incurred injury or
disability);
- Hardship; or
- Personality disorder or ineptitude (only if service was continuous for a period of 365
days or more).
Report all military service where you file your claim for unemployment insurance. You
must present your social security account number card and copy # 4 of your DD-214, Report
of Transfer or Discharge, when you file a claim for benefits. |
