Why Register with the Workforce Center?

• Register with Workforce Center to enter your name/skills in the Job Bank to be matched with job orders from employers.
• Registration with the Workforce Center is required for Special Schools training with new and expanding employers in South Carolina.
• Registering with the Workforce Center is also necessary if you want to be considered for other special services and programs.
• Anyone can register; many Unemployment Insurance claimants and some other individuals are required to register.
• You can inactivate your registration at any time by simply calling your local Workforce Center and indicating to them that you want to be placed in inactive status.
