 Fees:

·        If paid by August 15: $425

·        If paid between August 16 and September 5: $475

(Registration and payment should not be mailed after September 5^th but should be paid onsite.)

·        If paid onsite: $525

 Guest Registration Fee: $75

            Includes evenings functions (welcome reception on Tuesday and cruise on Wednesday)

         Checks should be made payable to 2008 NASWA Annual Conference.

         The Federal tax ID number is 52-0978073.

Refund & Billing Policy: Registration fees, minus a $50 handling fee, will be refunded if a written notice of cancellation is received by September 3, 2008.  No refunds will be made for cancellations after September 3, 2008.  All refunds will be paid by check approximately 45 days after the conference.
