The South Carolina Employment Security Commission (SCESC) on-line services allow employers the ability to:

New Business:

• Apply for SCESC Unemployment Insurance Account Number by completing the on-line Employer Status Report Registration form and any applicable Contribution & Wage Reports. You will be notified by mail of your assigned employer account number and tax liability in the event you are determined liable for unemployment taxes. You will be notified of the amount due based on the assigned rate and taxable wages reported.

Existing Liable Employers:

To perform on-line transactions for existing liable employers, you would need to establish a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You would use this same PIN for all future on-line transactions. The following transactions are available:

• File quarterly Contribution & Wage Reports including file transfers.
   
• Amend Previously filed Contribution & Wage Reports.
   
• Make changes to an employer’s account.
