The South Carolina Employment Security Law provides for a flexible, maximum weekly
benefit amount, which shall be determined each year by the Commission.
An insured worker's weekly benefit amount shall be approximately 50 percent of his
average weekly wage. However, no insured worker's weekly benefit amount shall be less than
$20.00 nor greater than $326.00.
