Employer Quarterly Continuation Sheet, to report wages for additional employees,
beyond the limit on the UCE-120.
Form UCE-154, Election
to Become an Employer, employer elects to become an employer not otherwise liable
under the South Carolina Employment Security Law.
Form UCE-155 Election
to Become Reimbursable, employer elects payment options for benefits paid quarterly.
Form STW-UI-1,
School-To-Work Exempted Employment Certification, educational institution certifies to
the employer that a student is participating in a School-To-Work Program.
Form UCE-120, Employer
Quarterly Contribution and Wage Reports, (do not submit - for viewing
purposes only), must be filed
quarterly by each employing unit that is covered under the SCES Law.
