SCWages Program
Our Agency also utilizes a Diskette/CD Wage Reporting System that calculates excess
and taxable wages each quarter by keeping track of the year-to-date wages. The
amount of contributions and contingency assessment due are automatically
calculated based upon the tax rate assigned to the account. The system will also
generate a summary page for use in completing the UCE-101, Employer Contribution
Report.
The Diskette/CD Wage Reporting System,
SCWages, was developed to provide employers with the capability of reporting
employee wages each quarter by using a PC diskette or CD instead of listing them
on paper. While the system offers various functions, it is not required that our
program be used. The following information will provide you with information
regarding system requirements as well as an overview of the program's features. To receive a copy of the program, contact Wendy Manos at (803) 737-2310 or
wmanos@sces.org. Should you need any additional information, please contact either of the above, or Joe Ervin at 803-737-2451
(jervin@sces.org).
System Requirements
The
SCWages Program requires a PC with
one of the following operating systems: Windows 95â,
Windows 98â, Windows
2000â, Windows NTâ or Windows XPâ.
20 Mb of free disk space is needed on the PC for installation. You will also
need a 3.5” floppy disk drive capable of writing to a high density (1.44/1.2
Mb) diskette or CD burning capabilities.
In addition, forms must be printed using a laser
jet printer.
