The South Carolina Employment Security Commission provides an Employer Accounts Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System that allows the employer the ability to obtain information on establishing a new employer account.

In addition, the Employer Accounts IVR provides "Specific Account Information" that includes the ability to file a "No Employment Report" for the most recently completed calendar quarter, to request "940 Certifications" and to inquire on "Contribution Tax Rate" information for the most recently completed calendar quarter. In order to access "Specific Account Information", you will need your South Carolina Employment Security Employer Account Number and PIN.

In order to access the Employer IVR System, you will need a touch-tone or dial-pulse telephone.
