No Employment

If no wages were paid during a given quarter, a report must be filed indicating "No Payroll." If the employer does not expect to have any more taxable payrolls, he must notify the Commission in order that proper indication may be made on the employer’s records.

The Commission has provided an Employer Voice Response System that allows for the filing of a No Employment Report by telephone only for the most recently completed calendar quarter.
