Effective January 1, 1986, the employment security administrative
contingency assessment was assessed at a rate of six one-hundredths of one percent (.0006)
upon all wages as defined in Section 41-27-380.
All employers are subject to this assessment unless they are classified as reimbursable
employers or have been assigned a contribution rate of 5.4 percent.
